Please note, no personal details, for example, email addresses or telephone numbers will be shown on Wolseley Owners Club website. The classifieds adverts work by not showing personal details of the seller, but will let a buyer email them through the form if they are interested, then contact can be made.

Please remember Wolseley Owners Club are not responsible for any adverts submitted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any advert and are not responsible for the contents of the advert or purchases made. We have the ability to remove any advert which we feel to be objectionable and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use it to submit any advert which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person’s privacy, or is prejudicial to the good name of the Wolseley Owners Club or any Clubs, Sponsors, Associations or Companies etc, thereon, or otherwise violative of any law, or deemed to be objectionable by the Wolseley Owners Club Team.

You agree not to submit any advert containing commercial advertising for commercial gain, nor to promote a commercial company, an event, or meeting etc, without first gaining permission from the Wolseley Owners Club Team.

All adverts submitted will be recorded and stored electronically. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. In all cases it will help us to provide you with the best possible service. The personal information collected will be held securely and is never passed to a third party. All information submitted via the online form may be recorded and stored electronically.
